In order to allow users to download software, they’ll need permission. A contract coordinator will need to perform the steps here to allow users to download Autodesk software from their Autodesk Account login.
Log into Autodesk Account:
By default, when a user is added, that user will be given download permissions. If you’ve taken away download permissions for a user, or for any other reason the user does not have download permission, click Users on the left pane of the Management page after login.
Select a user you’d like to give download permission to, and click Edit Access.
In the Edit Access window, place a check in the Assign check box next to Product Downloads section under the Benefits section. It’s here that you can also assign other benefits, services or product access for your users. Make sure to click the Save button at the bottom of the window.
Please note that changes to User Access can take up to 24 hours to propagate.
